Shimane aims to nourish local youth with an education system that provides a sound balance of fundamental knowledge, technical skills, and a workable knowledge of the nature and cultural assets around them. Shimane is also trying to advance exchange between youth and the aging population. Emphasis is being placed on the training of personnel workers as support at the local level. |
